In 1948, this building was a town hall. The parents of Alice and Mado transformed the town hall into the hotel-restaurant la Croix Jean-Claude as we know it today. Gérard Crucé is the next in line as owner to this establishment in Les Allues. Folowing in the same foot steps. Wishing to continue with the same style, authentic savoyard identity expressed in the decor, cuisine simple and generous. Aurélie Lemieux, the chef, continues the well orchestred kitchen just as before, this winter composing new gourmet symphonies melting authentic traditional and new creations, the quality of the wine matching the quality of the table.
