La Tranche sur Mer is located 40km from Les Sables d'Olonne and is one of Europe's top windsurfing resorts. With 13km of sandy beaches, 440ha of forest, and a 7ha flower garden, the resort also boasts an excellent climate with over 200 days of sunshine per year. Le Domanine de Sainte Anne and Les Vendeennes residences are situated in an area known as "La Grière", 500m from the beach (direct access), 200m from the closest seasonal shops and 2.5km from a supermarket.
